Electrical harnessing
Power, signal and data harnesses designed or built to print for sensor, processing and power subsystems.

Counter-UAS capability is increasingly assembled as a system of systems — sensors, command and control, power and effectors from different providers, joined through open interfaces. LIGHTNX supports the electrical, mechanical and supply-chain infrastructure that makes those pieces work together.
Every sensor, processor and power source in a counter-UAS installation has to be powered, connected, mounted, protected and documented — on a vehicle, a fixed site or a transportable kit. That integration work is where LIGHTNX engineering, sourcing and supplier coordination apply.
Scope is defined per requirement and may be performed by LIGHTNX or by qualified manufacturing partners under LIGHTNX coordination.
Power, signal and data harnesses designed or built to print for sensor, processing and power subsystems.
Cable assemblies and connector systems for radar, EO/IR, RF and communications equipment.
Protected DC distribution, power harnessing and distribution assemblies for mobile and fixed installations.
Enclosures, junction and interface boxes, connector panels and their internal harnessing.
Brackets, mounting plates, racks and installation hardware coordinated with the platform envelope.
Cable routing, mounting and installation hardware packaged as a documented kit.
Customer-designed assemblies produced by qualified manufacturing partners to the released technical package.
Test harnesses, breakout boxes and the inspection, test and configuration record that ships with the hardware.
A representative integration package for a vehicle-mounted or transportable installation. Scope is defined per requirement.
LIGHTNX does not develop weapons, effectors, targeting systems or directed-energy technology. We support the electrical, mechanical and supply-chain infrastructure of systems designed by the program and its system integrators.
Program applications describe where LIGHTNX capabilities can support. They do not describe completed or current contracts, customers or programs.
Tell us what the program needs, when it is needed and which documentation matters. We will review it and define the path to delivery.
