LIGHTNX Defense
Quality & compliance

Security and compliance built into execution.

In defense work, how something is delivered matters as much as what is delivered. Controls are designed into every stage of a LIGHTNX engagement — not added at the end.

  1. L1

    Technical data

Controlled technical data and CUI are never requested or accepted through this public website. They are exchanged only through designated, access-controlled channels after an engagement is established.

  2. L2

    Access control

Program information is limited to the people who need it, inside an authenticated workspace that is separate from the public site.

  3. L3

    Supplier flowdown

Contract quality, cybersecurity and regulatory clauses are flowed down to every supplier that touches the requirement.

  4. L4

    Traceability

Certificates, inspection records and lot or serial data are collected and linked to each order record.

  5. L5

    Delivery

Parties and destinations are screened against applicable U.S. government restricted-party lists before quote, order and shipment.

Quality approach

Requirements reviewed before commitments.

Quality and documentation requirements are defined before an order moves forward. The records supplied with an order depend on the agreed scope, the source and the contract.

  • Contract quality clauses mapped at technical review
  • Preference for original manufacturers and authorized distribution
  • Certificates of conformance and material certifications reviewed on receipt
  • Nonconformances documented and followed through to closure
Quality & Traceability
Registrations & certifications

Stated precisely.

Each credential is stated exactly as held. Supporting documentation and effective dates are provided on request during customer and supplier onboarding.

We do not convert "aligned", "prepared", "registered", "certified" or "compliant" into one another. International opportunities are evaluated individually against applicable U.S. export regulations and company policy.

Discuss your program's requirements.

Tell us what the program needs, when it is needed and which documentation matters. We will review it and define the path to delivery.
