This Privacy Notice describes how LIGHTNX Defense LLC ("LIGHTNX," "we," "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects information obtained through the public website located at lightnxdefense.com (the "Site"). The authenticated LIGHTNX Program Workspace is governed by separate terms and notices made available to authorized users.

When you submit a program inquiry or supplier introduction, or contact us by email or telephone, we receive the information you elect to provide. This typically includes your name, organization, business email address, telephone number, location, and a description of your requirement or capabilities. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a potential engagement or supplier relationship, and maintain appropriate business records.

3. Information collected automatically

The Site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may record standard server log data, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, for the purposes of security, reliability and abuse prevention.

LIGHTNX does not sell or rent personal information. Do not submit classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or export-controlled technical data through the Site or by unencrypted email. Where an engagement requires the exchange of controlled information, LIGHTNX will arrange an appropriate, access-controlled method.
