By accessing or using lightnxdefense.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Content on the Site describes the capabilities of LIGHTNX Defense LLC ("LIGHTNX") for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, quotation, commitment or contract. Any engagement is governed exclusively by a separately executed written agreement or an accepted purchase order.

3. Imagery

Images, animations and video on the Site are illustrative. They depict generic equipment and environments and do not represent specific customers, programs, platforms or facilities owned or operated by LIGHTNX. National and alliance flags are displayed to identify the regions LIGHTNX supports and do not indicate endorsement by any government or organization.

4. Controlled information

You may not transmit classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or export-controlled technical data through the Site. All engagements are subject to applicable U.S. export control and sanctions regulations, including restricted-party screening.

5. Intellectual property

The LIGHTNX Defense name, logo, credential artwork and Site content are the property of LIGHTNX Defense LLC and may not be reproduced without prior written permission. Third-party product names, such as engineering software referenced on the Site, are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIGHTNX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Site.
